After having had my adult life fill of experiences dealing with the corrupt kourts, the lying cops, and the arrogant judges, I decided to do something about it. I decided to educate myself on how the kangaroo traffic kourt scam actually worked in Georgia. I started by reading everything in the bookstores and on the internet on this subject. What I found was not very helpful. In fact, it could best be described as garbage and totally useless. I decided the best way to figure it out was by sitting through and watching hundreds of actual trials in the local kourts. This real life experience (having watched to date over 1000 speeding ticket trials) led me to easily believe that the traffic kourt system in Georgia is as crooked as it can be and rotten to the core. I quickly learned you will not prevail in a battle with this system by being a fair-minded citizen who plays by the rules. One quickly learns that “traffic enforcement” is ONLY about MONEY, your money! Highway safety is just the “excuse” used to justify the extortion. I then later subscribed to an online legal research site. There I was able to review every speeding ticket conviction that was ever appealed to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court the past 40 years. It was through reading of all these appealed cases that I learned how the system actually worked. I learned what did and what did not work from the very decisions of the Georgia High Court judges themselves. The Georgia High Court judges were my teachers. It was through these decisions of the Georgia High Courts that I was able to educate myself, develop my new speeding ticket defense strategy, and build this weapon. A weapon that I have now made available to the citizens of Georgia for you to use to fight back against the corrupt kourts, the lying cops and the arrogant judges. The Georgia $peedingTICKETKILLER system exploits these crook’s greatest weakness, their need to generate HUGE sums of ca$h. The Georgia kangaroo traffic kourt system extorts over a billion dollars a year from Georgia citizens through a process of confusion and intimidation. They use the formality of the kourthouse and threats of possible jail time to further intimidate those brave enough to appear, scaring them into pleading guilty or accepting a Nolo Contendere (No Contest) plea. Then, the kourt acts like it just did you a favor for which you should be grateful. The kourt strong-arms the majority of defendants too busy or too intimidated to appear, to surrender without a fight. We collapse like a piece of cheap furniture and meekly use our credit cards and their EZ payment internet based extortion schemes to fork over their protection money hoping these bullies then will leave us alone. By sustaining this proctological racket, Georgia traffic kourts rake in a small fortune for state, county and local governments. Sadly, most Georgians grimace, bend over, grab their ankles, and simply pay up. If you plead GUILTY, the kourt will require you to pay the $MAXIMUM$ fine allowed by law including a shocking amount of additional state surcharges (junk fees) and will record the subsequent conviction on your public DMV record for several years. A conviction on your driving record could increase your insurance rate by an average of $250 dollars per year or more for three to five years. Clearly, this is the worst possible option for you to choose. This system, the Georgia $peedingTICKETKILLER, is a “weapon” to help you fight back against the Wizard of Oz hiding behind the trappings of law. You can contest your ticket. You can exercise your constitutional rights as a citizen to be heard. This robbery can be overcome!
