LEGAL DISCLAIMER page

SPECIAL NOTE #1

The Georgia $peedingTICKETKILLER system is for use only by drivers OVER the age of 21. If you are under 21 years of age, you may be facing mandatory license suspensions for certain violations of Georgia code that may not apply to drivers over the age of 21. Therefore, all drivers under the age of 21 should seek out a qualified attorney.

SPECIAL NOTE #2

The Georgia $peedingTICKETKILLER system is for use only by drivers who have been charged with an alleged speed of 33 MPH or less over the posted speed limit. The reason for this is simple. Georgia Code does NOT address mandatory sentencing guidelines for first time offenders for speeds in excess of 33 MPH over the limit. In those cases, you are facing a possible maximum fine of up to $1000 ($2000 if it was in a properly signed Work Zone) and up to one year in jail, or BOTH. Drivers charged with alleged speeds in excess of 33 MPH over the limit need to seek out the services of a qualified attorney.

SPECIAL NOTE #3

Though we provide you a very technical defense for “Work Zones”, this system is NOT for any driver that was involved in an accident in a properly signed Work Zone where speeding was a contributing factor. In 2003 the Georgia legislature made an amendment to OCGA 40-6-188 regarding speeding in properly signed Work Zone areas. This new amendment puts teeth in speeding cases for Work Zones. By making this crime a high and aggravated misdemeanor, any sentence of jail time means that for every 30 days of jail time imposed, 26 days must be served. EXPECT jail time for any accident in a Work Zone if speeding contributed to that accident. In those cases you need to seek out the assistance of a competent lawyer, everything has its place.

Neither this website nor this CD publication is intended for use as a source of legal advice. We are not an attorney service. We do not intend to give you legal advice regarding specific legal problems because the best answer may depend upon the facts and circumstances surrounding your unique situation. In addition, the law is ever changing, and though we try to keep everything up to date it may be necessary for you to obtain information more current than that contained on this CD.

A person should always include any statements, questions or specifics in their trial or defense that they believe may help them. Although we have great faith in this system, it would be foolish of us to suggest that you avoid using true specifics of your ticket situation, which could help you win your case. We are not doing that. Use everything at your disposal to win in kourt as part of your defense strategy.

This system is not to be used in D.U.I. cases, or any criminal matter of a felony nature, for example, where a traffic stop was made, which led to the search and seizure of contraband. People in these situations need to seek out a qualified attorney. EVERYTHING HAS ITS PLACE!

The Georgia $peedingTICKETKILLER system is in NO way a substitute for competent attorney representation. If your situation justifies the need for an attorney, then you should seek one out.

People who have a great deal to lose in a traffic case, such as assigned risk drivers, or professional drivers, or anyone who may lose their license or job if convicted, should also seek out a qualified attorney.

This system is to be used ONLY as an educational tool and reference material to assist a person in preparing to go to kourt and know as much as possible about winning their traffic case.
